[Video] Capturing Narrowband Light on IC 63 (with ZWO mono)

By Chuck’s Astrophotography

Tonight I captured IC 63 primarily as a narrowband test. This nebula does not emit sufficient light in the broadband range which consists of the Red, Green and Blue base of colors – so I used the Orion H-Alpha Extra-Narrowband Filter on it. 14 images were captured tonight – each one was a 5 minute exposure (70 minutes of total exposure time).
